Outbound Faxing - Re: Unknown Error Code

Symptoms

This error message doesn't give us enough specific information to properly diagnose the issue. Please contact technical support so we can ask some additional questions to help narrow down the underlying problem.

Resolution

The most common resolution for this error message is that the number you are calling is not being answered by a fax machine.

  1. Check to make sure you have the number correct.
  2. Try calling the number from your phone to see if the call is answered by a fax machine (you should hear screeches and beeps) or a human being.
  3. Please, call our technical support line at (520) 545-0333 if a fax machine is answering and you are still unable to fax.
