What is included in my monthly charge:

•  Connection to the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

•  ISP (Internet Service Provider) Services

•  eMail account (up to 5 free)

•  National dial-up service for when you are traveling (up to 5 hours per month)

•  Local dial-up service for a backup connection (up to 5 hours per month)

What happens if I sell my home:

In the case of a home sale, Simply Bits will allow any residential service contract to be cancelled. Optionally, the contract may be assigned or transferred to the new homeowner.

What if I don't live in Tucson full time?

If your Tucson residence is not a full time residence, you have the option to place your account on Suspend. The following are the main points of the Suspend option:

•  Account must be in good standing

•  Account must have, or will have, a total of 12 months full price service within a two year period

•  A Suspend charge of $9.95 per month will apply while in suspend.

•  When account is suspended, service will be shut down

•  No Dial in service will be available while on Suspend

•  When you want to take your account off of Suspend, call Simply Bits and service will be restored within 24 hours. (Please feel free to call us anytime before you need service, we will be happy to schedule your restored service on any day you need)
