Customer Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Pre Sale Activities:
  • Point of contact for all Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).
  • Preparation of Proposals for OSR.
  • Preparation of sales change order forms.
  • Appointment generation and assignment for OSR.
Post Sale Activities:
  • Completion of all post-sale paperwork which includes scanning all paperwork. electronically ensuring there is a complete file.
  • Post management of sale through order fulfillment. (Installation, Billing)
  • Tracking opportunities in CRM.
  • Entering agreements and activities into CW.
Phone Coverage:
  • Contact for inbound sales calls when OSR’s are in the field.
Expiring Agreements:
  • Track all expiring agreements and re-sign customers before their contract expires.
Requirements:
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication and must communicate in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
  • The desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to prioritize and organize day to day activities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and to work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Previous working knowledge of any CRM system is a plus
  • Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
