Responsibilities:
Pre Sale Activities:
- Point of contact for all Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).
- Preparation of Proposals for OSR.
- Preparation of sales change order forms.
- Appointment generation and assignment for OSR.
Post Sale Activities:
- Completion of all post-sale paperwork which includes scanning all paperwork.
electronically ensuring there is a complete file.
- Post management of sale through order fulfillment. (Installation, Billing)
- Tracking opportunities in CRM.
- Entering agreements and activities into CW.
Phone Coverage:
- Contact for inbound sales calls when OSR’s are in the field.
Expiring Agreements:
- Track all expiring agreements and re-sign customers before their contract expires.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication and must communicate in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
- The desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to prioritize and organize day to day activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and to work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years proven experience in a customer service environment
- Basic Computer Skills
- Previous working knowledge of any CRM system is a plus
- Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
