Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to motivate a sales team on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to set goals and expectations for a sales team
- Ability to evaluate success and areas needing development for team members, and to coach the individuals for continued success
- Maintain awareness of the market and the company's strengths to meet the customers' needs
- Proven track record of consistently hitting numbers
- Ability to drive both revenue growth and account profitability
- Face to Face sales through meetings with prospective businesses
- Exceed annual quota
Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 5 years managing a sales team
- Effective relationship skills to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
- High energy to pursue sales opportunities with initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
- The desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to prioritize and organize day to day activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and to work well in a team environment
- Proven sales experience with a documented record of success
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Previous working knowledge of any CRM system is a plus
