Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Proven ability to motivate a sales team on a day-to-day basis
  • Ability to set goals and expectations for a sales team
  • Ability to evaluate success and areas needing development for team members, and to coach the individuals for continued success
  • Maintain awareness of the market and the company's strengths to meet the customers' needs
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting numbers
  • Ability to drive both revenue growth and account profitability
  • Face to Face sales through meetings with prospective businesses
  • Exceed annual quota
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS and 5 years managing a sales team
  • Effective relationship skills to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
  • High energy to pursue sales opportunities with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
  • The desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to prioritize and organize day to day activities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and to work well in a team environment
  • Proven sales experience with a documented record of success
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Previous working knowledge of any CRM system is a plus
