Responsibilities:
- Install mobile and fixed radio and wireless communications equipment consistent with manufacturer/company guidelines by assembling and bolting equipment onto support structure.
- Climb towers and install cable and antenna consistent with project requirements and according to R56 installation and safety standards. May also deconstruct installation sites as required.
- Inventory and assemble parts prior to installation work to ensure correct parts available on truck.
- Optimize site following installation to ensure system or equipment function properly; perform programming or run diagnostics as appropriate.
- Complete job tickets, sales orders, and other required work documents.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Experience installing of two-way mobile & cellular radios, fixed equipment, and satellite systems
- Tower climbing experiences a plus!
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures and processes
- Acceptable/Insurable DMV record.
