Responsibilities:
- Install, aim and service antennas for residential and commercial customers.
- Responsible for completing work orders, retrieving proper signatures for accurate billing and inventory.
- Ensures all installation work is done according to quality standards and bldg codes.
- Handles interface with customer, including questions, developing solutions, and initial instructions on how to use the system
- Reports to dispatch upon job completion.
Requirements:
- One year of installation experience preferred with CATV, Satellite, telecommunications or related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- The successful applicant will be fit and clean cut and present themselves well, have great customer communication skills and be able to represent Simply Bits in a Professional manner.
- Ability to work on roof tops in varying degrees of weather; carry radios and tools up and down a ladder over an eight hour period; and engineer a mounting solution without damaging the roof or other property.
