• Connection to the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• ISP (Internet Service Provider) Services
• Residential connections are intended for residential usage - commercial service is available for business, including home-based, upon request
• Residential support and service is available Monday through Friday (8AM to 5PM), excluding holidays
