The following required taxes have been added to applicable invoices as of April 20, 2011:
Federal Universal Service Fund Contribution (USF)
The USF applies to all of the following services:
- Long distance usage (ad-hoc minutes as well as minutes exceeding a purchased plan allotment);
- Long distance bulk minute plans;
- VoIP extension charges

State 911 (e911)
The current rate is $0.20 for each activated account.
