A couple of things were changed as part of our system conversion. The biggest change was introducing the internal discounts that historically were netted. You purchased a bundled solution from us that included services that we normally charge for when we sell them individually. These services are now reflected as charged item but with a corresponding discount at 100% - reflecting the value of the bundle. There was no change to your net bill.
