Above and beyond...
My installer went to great lengths to obtain a signal and remove my old DISH so that I could dispose of it. He was very helpful with getting me through the paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is fixed wireless internet?

It’s high-speed internet delivered over radio waves instead of cables or phone lines. It’s fast, reliable, and perfect for areas where traditional internet can’t keep up.

  • How fast is Simply Bits Home Internet?

Speeds vary by location, but most customers see consistent speeds great for HD streaming, remote work, and gaming.

  • Do you offer service in my area?

Probably! Just check your address and we’ll tell you what’s available.

  • Can I use my own router?

Yep. Or add our Wi-Fi mesh setup for full-home coverage.

  • What does installation involve?

We’ll install a compact radio and antenna outside your home (often on the roof, with line-of-sight to one of our towers). An Ethernet cable runs from the radio to a power adapter inside, which connects to your router. Most setups are quick and clean — no underground work needed.
