How to Deregister and/or Register Panisonic Cordless Phones

This would be used when moving or replacing a cordless Panasonic phone, or if a phone became unregistered from the base.

  1. The first thing to look for is the number in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the phone that is being deregistered. This is the handset number that will be used later.
  2. Click Menu (Press middle button).
  3. Scroll down to Settings, click select.
  4. Scroll down to Registration, click select.
  5. Scroll down to Deregistration, click select.
  6. Enter Code 335, click OK.
  7. Choose the handset you would like to deregister. This is the number in the upper right hand corner of the phone that is being deregistered. (If there is more than one handset connected to the base station, they will all show up here.)
  8. Scroll up to Yes, click OK.

Registering

  1. On the base station that you would like to register the handset to, press ALL for 4 seconds (The LED light will flash red).
  2. Click OK on the handset.

The handset will automatically connect to the base station in numeric order, i.e. if 1 handset is connected the next one will be number 2. If there are 4 handsets connected to the base station and number 3 is deregistered, the next phone that is registered will be number 3.
